The Interdisciplinary Institute for Artificial Intelligence, created in 2019, is the consortium of research and training establishments on the Côte d’Azur, bringing together the research excellence in data science and artificial intelligence of CNRS, Eurecom, Inria, Inserm and Université Côte d’Azur. The Institute is currently running 47 scientific chairs addressing the fundamental aspects of AI, AI applied to Health, Biology and Intelligent Territory. To date, the scientific research programs of these chairs are based on the recruitment of 44 PhD students and 16 Post-Docs.

Near 20 PhD students and post-docs have subscribe to the event. Some will end their research activities in the course of 2022, others in 2023. This event will allow companies to meet them to exchange on career opportunities, and possibly draw a specific recruitment plan.

Preliminary Program

The event will be organised around three sessions:

1. AI talents present their profile, skills, and technical domains of interest (pitches and posters).

2. Companies present their activities, their challenges in AI, and which profiles they are looking for (pitches or posters).

3. One-on-one sessions for talents and companies to connect and discuss career perspectives.

At this stage, we are still working on the way each session will be organised, as it will depend on the final number of participants. In any case, all participants will be informed upfront about who will attend this event, with a short bio description from the talents and a short presentation of the companies.
