The Business Hub, created in 2012 by Sophia Antipolis Urban Community, aims to bring together all the players in the innovation chain around a unique 4000m² cluster dedicated to accommodating and supporting companies, enabling the emergence of synergies between the various stakeholders in the technology park’s ecosystem.

To date, the Business hub has accommodated and supported almost 100 start-ups representing more than 500 jobs.

The Business Hub earned the European EUBIC label in 2014, a guarantee of the quality of services offered:

  • Flexible leases with 1 month notice
  • Individual support (evaluation) and collective support (training and networking)
  • Premises with personalised and secure access 24 hours a day
  • “Soft Landing” support service

SOFT LANDING

The “soft landing” service also helps accommodate SMEs and key accounts (more than 3 years old) guaranteeing a high level of flexibility before establishing themselves permanently in the technology park. This service provides access to the same offers and pricing in the form of a tenancy-at-will lease.

THE BUSINESS HUB’S START-UPS

To date, the Business Hub has accommodated and supported almost 100 start-ups providing more than 500 jobs. The Business Hub also provides an arena for idea-exchange, the Network Innovation Development Acceleration (NIDA). A co-working space dedicated to activity agendas and partner events (max capacity of 70 people) such as “NIDA Thursdays”, Team Building workshops and Job Dating.
