ECOTONE ANTIBES
What is an
ECOTONE?
“An Ecotone is an ecological transition area between two ecosystems. In landscape ecology, vegetation plays a significant role in characterising an Ecotone, due to the dominating mark it leaves on the landscape”.

Development
A LARGE-SCALE PROJECT
La Compagnie de Phalsbourg won the bid to develop the 3 Moulins site in Antibes.
The project, in partnership with Xavier Niel and in association with Ateliers Jean Nouvel, OXO (Manal Rachdi) and AAFB (Foussat Bapt architecture studio), includes the development of 40,000m² dedicated to tertiary sector activity, hotels and services at Europe’s leading technology park, Sophia Antipolis.
This real estate project, ideally located on the Bus-Tram route which connects the Antibes interchange with Sophia Antipolis technology park, will eventually accommodate around 3,000 employees.
ECOTONE ANTIBES, A THREEFOLD AMBITION
- To become the gateway and the new tertiary image of Sophia Antipolis
- To create a 21st century campus model in France
- To become the South of France’s biomimicry excellence cluster
